The four of us went to Hershey park on Friday the 13th! We had a blast - they boys loved the rides. We stayed at Best Western on Thursday where we had a "tv and beds" as Dean and Bryce describe it!
Friday we got to the park about 8am and wandered on in - the boys were so excited. I enjoyed watching all of their energy just from the excitement of what was coming! They were a little hesitant at first about getting on the rides but after the "balloon ride" they were game for anything! Ben even got to ride a roller coaster while I hung out with the boys.
After the park we walked into Chocolate World - very refreshing to be inside with AC. We did the tour there which was very cool and a good way to end the day! Everything smelled like chocolate afterwards we bought some chocolate of course and then got some ice cream. I was craving a milkshake and boy did it hit the spot!! We had a wonderful time!

Memorial Day Weekend
We had a fun FILLED weekend and I just want to jot some things down here before I forget!
Saturday we spent the day around the house doing some of those household things you just have to do. Dean and I went to the grocery store together - he really didn't want to go but we had alot of fun. He giggled and talked the whole time about "crazy" stuff. We bought kites and Dean made sure to buy one for Bryce to have too. When we got home Dean and Bryce helped me bring in the bags of groceries - so we could get outside to try out the "flags". The boys were very confused at first at what a kite was supposed to do but boy did they have fun once we got them unwrapped and in the air. There was not much wind but we got them going if we ran really fast - we had a few mishaps with trees and Marley but it was fun and definitely somethign to do again!
Saturday night we went to a cookout at a friends house, there were loads of people and kids there. The boys had a blast and did really well once they warmed up to all the new things.
Sunday morn we woke up early and headed to the lake!! From then on we spent most of the day on the sand and the boys in the water. The water was very cold but it didn't matter to Dean and Bryce ... quivering lips and all! This year the boys were in the water trying to swim and blow bubbles - a BIG difference from last year. You both say you want to swim. No naps all day so we were all running on adrenaline - we geared up for dinner and baseball. Dean I think would play baseball all day if he could find somebody to partner up with.
After dinner we played baseball, roasted marshmallows and went fishing. Bryce loved the smores; Dean was a bigger fan of just eating the roasted marshmallow. Stuart caught a HUGE catfish so that wast the entertainment of the night!
We all just about crashed and went to bed around 10pm and woke early the next morning for another go round. Dean and Bryce lasted about an hour outside and were ready to just chill inside so we headed home.
